COVID Cancellation Policy:

Domestic Guests

If the booked trip is directly impacted by COVID (for example by Government restrictions preventing a guest’s party from travelling to Queenstown, a positive COVID test or if the guest or a member of their party is having to self-isolate), any changes to the guest’s booking will be regulated by the Relaxaway Holiday Homes COVID Policy. Under the Relaxaway COVID Policy, booking dates can be changed (subject to availability), or alternatively, any funds paid towards the booking can be held as a credit to be booked with Relaxaway within 12 months and stay within 24 months of the original booking date. If the next booking is of a higher value than the credit, guests must pay the extra by one of Relaxaway’s approved payment methods. For bookings made through an external Online Travel Agent or Booking portal, Guest credit will be less their commission.
