Loved it.
We stayed at Central hideaway on Kent in Queenstown, and loved it. The apartment was exactly as shown on the listing. It was spacious, comfortable, meticulously clean, and most importantly, warm and cosy for a NZ winter. We had a problem with the gas fireplace, and Relaxaway were extremely responsive. Someone attended the property literally within minutes of me sending the email. There is a heat pump heater as well as the gas fire, so we were still very comfortable throughout our stay. I would note that it is a steep walk back from town, so I wouldn’t say it’s walkable unless you’re quite fit. We would definitely stay here if we visit Queenstown again.

Awesome apartment
Awesome apartment, not far from the centre of Queenstown. It is up a steep hill from the centre but it’s a short walk and doesn’t take long. Very doable. Check-in was easy, the apartment was spotless, and it was spacious. Appreciated having a garage space for the car too.

Our stay in Central Hideaway on Kent is great!
It is a comfortable & relax accommodation with all the equipment provided such as washing & drying machine, oven, dishwasher. It also comes with free parking at the basement & a balcony where we enjoy our cup of tea or glass of wine with the beautiful scenery.

This apartment was great!
Excellent accommodation really close to the centre of town which makes this place so good. It is beautifully clean and when we had a problem with the wifi they responded super fast and came that same day and fixed it for us. Highly recommend!

The unit had everything. It was very comfortable and roomy, the beds were great and the kitchen had every utensil needed to cook anything you wanted, highly recommended!
