Queenstown Lakefront Dream
- 8 guests
- 4 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms
Lakefront access and with epic views befitting the location, this superbly situated home gives a feeling of floating above the blue waters of Lake Wakatipu. Ideal for bringing extended family for a Queenstown holiday, the split-level configuration includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, plus a separately accessed private studio downstairs, granting privacy to guests.
The timber home draws inspiration from its alpine surrounds - native plantings absorb sound to provide a backdrop of birdsong and the gently lapping waters of the lake. The timber character continues throughout the spacious home, beautifully appointed with modern furnishings. The generous open-plan living area offers picture windows that perfectly frame the lake and mountain vistas ensuring the wow factor on entry.
A cosy ambience is guaranteed any time of year, thanks to a roaring fire, heatpumps and panel heaters. The garden backs onto the stunning lakeside walking and cycling track which runs all the way from Queenstown to Frankton and beyond.
A true lakeside haven.

- Private feel, yet accessed from a main road
- Ample storage for mountain bikes and ski gear plus drying facilities
- Positioned mid-way between Frankton and Queenstown
1x Queen (in private studio, downstairs)

This was a great place to relax near Queenstown.

Very satisfied with the accommodation experience
The telephone communication is very pleasant. The house is very clean and the angle of view is perfect! The floor-to-ceiling glass of the living room is like a picture frame, you can lie on the bean bag and enjoy the beautiful view from the window. It is really beautiful! Even the cloudy sky is beautiful! Mainly the location is invincible, there is no other building to block the viewing angle. It is recommended to take the bus, the bus stop is two minutes away, it is very convenient to go back and forth to Queenstown, avoiding the parking space and the right The road is unfamiliar. It is to cross the road to pay attention to safety because the speed is very fast. When you come back, go back a little bit is to cross the sidewalk of the road. Highly recommended! Value for money! The only thing is that the fly is especially rich, you can bring some Insecticides, you must close the window at night. But it’s definitely not a shame. It’s nothing compared to the beauty. It’s worth it.

We were happy just to chill out there and take in the magnificent views.
What a gorgeous home with amazing views. Close to the hub of Queenstown but also the airport and major shopping centre. The home was very comfortable and clean and plenty of room for our group of 7 adults.

A magical location with amazing views in every direction
Such a cosy home away from home that was comfortable for our family of 7. The house has everything you need and it is extremely clean and tidy. The heating throughout the house from the wood fire place kept us snug and cosy. The extra granny flat downstairs was a perfect for additional but getting down there was a little hard for anyone that was elderly or in wet conditions. This was the best holiday we have ever been on. Queenstown is a beautiful place. We were lucky to witness a snow fall at the property and it was like a fairytale. We definitely want to return again and would love to stay again. Thank you so much for making our holiday memorable. We will highly recommend to family and friends.
