Known as Bunker Alpha, the apartment is set into the hillside elevated high above the blue waters of Lake Whakatipu. In a quiet residential area, it’s just a short drive to Frankton, Queenstown, the airport and the areas wealth of activities, from high-octane action to slower-placed luxury.

Loved our stay at Bunker house

Perfect location halfway between airport and city centre only 10 min drive. Easy parking. Spectacular views, beautifully furnished, all mod cons provided. Very clean. Natural cleaning products and bathroom cosmetics.

We had an amazing stay!

Place was easy to find and check in was easy, convenient to get to restaurants and supermarkets, and the apartment had everything we needed. What really stood out was the magnificent view, it felt so peaceful and serene to be waking up to this view. The comfy couches to wine and chill in was a great plus! Will recommend this place to anyone!

Bunker Alpha A is a terrific apartment if you are staying in Queenstown

The location is very central and it's easy to get into to town if you have a hire car. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, and the view of the Remarkables was amazing. It was so modern and well looked after and made our stay extremely comfortable. It was a great place to come back to each day after sight seeing. The team at Relaxaway were great to deal with, and communicated every step of the way. We will definitely book Bunker Alpha A should we be travelling to Queenstown again.

Perfect location

Stunning views and quality apartment. Very comfortable beds and plenty of linen. Very private, though the apartment doesn’t receive a lot of direct sun to sunbake (if that’s your thing) but we were happy to just enjoy the view all day.
