Known as The Bunker Alpha, the apartment is set into the hillside elevated high above the blue waters of Lake Whakatipu. In a quiet residential area, it’s just a short drive to Frankton, Queenstown, the airport and the area’s wealth of activities, from high-octane action to slower-placed luxury.

- Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment configured as 1 x Queen and 1 x King split (can be set up as a King or 2 singles, please confirm your preference ahead of your stay)

Please be aware this apartment is situated in an area of new development and there is noisy construction in the area which could create noise from 7am. The views are not affected. Current estimate of completion - mid 2024

The ceiling to floor window with the view of Queenstown is the best thing about this place. We stayed here during our wedding day and the host was so nice to give us a wine as a welcome gift. Our photographers/videographers were impressed on how beautiful the apartment is. I also love that they have a complete kitchen and laundry area which made our stay better! love that we can cook a quick breakfast before we head out. Highly recommended for families!

The bunker house is an amazing apartment

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was spectacular. The Bunker House is a lovely apartment with beautiful views to Lake Wakatipu. It is a little out of Queenstown, but the bus goes directly from the bottom of the street, and it runs every 15 minutes. It's a pleasure waking up everyday to panoramic views. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with great communication from Relaxaway. It was also amazingly clean and has everything you need to feel right at home. We would love to be lucky enough to find ourselves in Queenstown again and stay at the Bunker House.

Fabulous new home!

Great set up for families & couples. Outdoor area a big winner with us enjoying the sunsets. Great use of space and amenities all round. Lovely, quality finishes throughout home. It will be first on our booking list next time we visit!
